Annual Operational Excellence Summit
Leanlogic is organizing this event to bring experts under one roof and discuss matters arising in operations and how we can help each other resolve such challenges.
This conference will be starting for the first time in 2024 and will be an annual event that will help Botswana companies invest more in actively developing operational excellence by implementing process improvement tools in their respective organizations. International companies also will be invited to share international experiences and insights.
